You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are between 13 and 18, you should only use the service with a parent or guardian's involvement, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, but grant us a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the service. Public collections may be viewed and shared by others.
Users can create collections to organize and share links. Collections can be set as:
When adding links to collections, our service may automatically extract metadata including titles, descriptions, and thumbnail images. To do this, our servers may request the linked page directly on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share and display this content, and that your use of it does not violate the linked site's own terms.
Signed-in users may upvote or downvote individual links in a collection. We track this vote data and click data to provide insights and improve content discovery. This ordinary link voting is separate from the confirmed-vote campaigns described in Section 4.
A campaign turns a collection into a "Best Of" style vote, with its links standing as nominees. This section describes how campaigns work in addition to, not instead of, the rest of these terms.
As the organizer, you set the campaign's categories, nominees, and voting dates, and you decide when to publish results. You are responsible for the accuracy of the nominees and categories you publish, and for how you use the data a campaign collects.
Unlike the link voting described in Section 3.3, every campaign vote must be confirmed: a voter selects a nominee in each category, then confirms by email before the vote counts. We enforce one vote per email address per category. Vote counts are not shown to voters or the public until the organizer publishes results. The organizer can see a private preview of the counts at any time. Votes that look automated, duplicated, or otherwise suspicious may be flagged for the organizer's review, and the organizer may void a flagged vote.
Casting a vote requires an email address, used only to send the one confirmation message for that vote. A campaign's ballot may also offer a separate, unticked box for the voter to opt in to the organizer's own mailing list. We do not add a voter to any mailing list, and do not send the organizer's marketing on the organizer's behalf, unless the voter ticks that box. The organizer can export the vote record and, separately, the list of opted-in emails with the exact wording the voter agreed to and the time of that agreement. Vote and audit exports do not include voter email addresses; the opt-in export does.
Some campaign plans let the organizer sell a sponsor slot on a category. The organizer is solely responsible for any agreement with a sponsor, including payment between the organizer and the sponsor; we are not a party to that agreement. We record clicks on a sponsor's link for the organizer's reporting only.
Paid campaign tiers are billed once per campaign, not as a recurring subscription, and are priced by the number of verified voters the tier allows. If we issue a refund for a campaign fee, the campaign keeps the tier and any results it already published; a refund does not undo or reverse the campaign.
Some plans let you add your own scripts or embed code to your collections, campaigns, or dashboard. You are solely responsible for the content and behavior of any script you add, including its effect on your visitors. Do not use this feature for code that is deceptive, malicious, or unlawful, or that collects visitor data without any consent or notice you are legally required to give. We may remove or disable a script that violates these terms without prior notice, and we are not liable for any script you supply or its effects.
Paid plans may let you connect your own domain to a collection or campaign. You must own or control the domain you connect. We provide DNS and SSL provisioning as a convenience and do not guarantee that a connected domain will be continuously available. Content served on a connected domain remains subject to these terms. Using a custom domain to impersonate another person or organization, or for phishing, is prohibited and may result in the domain being disconnected and the account being terminated.
If you upload a logo or other branding asset, you represent that you own it or have the right to use it, and you grant us the license described in Section 2.3 to display it as part of your collections and campaigns.
Our optional browser extension helps you save open tabs and links to your collections. Installing it grants the permissions listed in its store listing. You can review those permissions before installing, and revoke them at any time by removing the extension.
Public collections and live campaign ballots can be embedded on third-party sites using our embed feature. Once results are published, an embedded ballot links to the results page instead of showing them. Embedding does not transfer ownership of your content, and an embedded page still enforces the same voting and access rules as the original. You are responsible for how and where you allow your content to be embedded. We may disable embedding for a collection or campaign that is used to mislead visitors or that violates these terms.
Team accounts allow multiple users to collaborate on collections. Team administrators have additional responsibilities:
Team administrators are liable for their team members' actions within the scope of the team account.
You retain all rights to the content you create, including collections, custom descriptions, and organization structures. By making content public, you grant other users the right to view and share your collections.
Links in your collections may point to third-party content. We do not claim ownership of this content and are not responsible for it. Respect the intellectual property rights of content creators and only share links you have permission to share.
The service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide additional features such as:
Campaigns are billed differently: see Section 4.5.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee according to your billing cycle. Campaign fees are a one-time charge, billed at checkout for that campaign, described in Section 4.5.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law. For campaign fee refunds, see Section 4.5.
Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

We may revoke an API key or suspend API access that is abused or that puts the service or other users at risk.

We may remove or disable access to material identified in a valid notice, and may terminate the accounts of users found to be repeat infringers. If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address, and we will follow the process required by law before restoring it.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet or utility failures, or actions of governmental authorities.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the service at least 30 days before they take effect.
Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service will be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction over us, and you consent to that jurisdiction for this purpose.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service, and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms without our consent. We may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
