When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Share links to illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights

2.3 Content Guidelines

You retain ownership of any content you submit, but grant us a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the service. Public collections may be viewed and shared by others.

3. Collections and Links

3.1 Collection Creation

Users can create collections to organize and share links. Collections can be set as:

  • Private: Only accessible to you
  • Shared: Accessible to specific users or team members
  • Public: Accessible to anyone with the link

3.2 Link Management

When adding links to collections, our service may automatically extract metadata including titles, descriptions, and thumbnail images. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share and display this content.

3.3 Voting and Analytics

Public collections may enable voting and analytics features. We track anonymous click data and vote counts to provide insights. This data helps improve content discovery and recommendations.

4. Team Accounts

Team accounts allow multiple users to collaborate on collections. Team administrators have additional responsibilities:

  • Managing team member access and permissions
  • Ensuring team members comply with these terms
  • Handling billing and subscription management
  • Moderating team-created content

Team administrators are liable for their team members' actions within the scope of the team account.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create, including collections, custom descriptions, and organization structures. By making content public, you grant other users the right to view and share your collections.

5.2 Third-Party Content

Links in your collections may point to third-party content. We do not claim ownership of this content and are not responsible for it. Respect the intellectual property rights of content creators and only share links you have permission to share.

5.3 Our Service

The service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Billing and Subscriptions
